The Real Santa Claus

​​Every year, when our elves wander around to parties all over the DFW Metroplex, we are faced with two questions:

1. Are your ears real?
2. Is Santa Claus real?
   
   

Yes! Our elf ears are real (latex)! And Santa was a real person. The original Father Christmas/Santa Claus lived in the fourth century in what is now, Turkey. He was a bishop and when his parents passed away in his youth, they left him a great deal of wealth.  It is rumored that he was kind, and helped the poor by giving gifts to them anonymously. We don’t know how much of his story is true, but we are left with a legend that encourages a spirit of warmth and generosity each year.  At Fun Time Entertainment, we make an effort to spread that good will and happiness every time we send holiday characters to an event.  We feel that Santa Claus is real in the hearts of our performers and in the joy we work to add to every event.
