When I was young, I loved Christmas. I watched every Christmas show that came on the television. (This was back when there were only 4 channels!) One character I loved to watch in the specials was Mrs. Claus. She always took great care of Santa and the elves and helped whoever was in the story with their plight. She was kind, fun and OBVIOUSLY in charge of Santa! 

We have a wonderful actress who plays Mrs. Claus at events and even has her own show. Our Mrs. Claus comes to your home or school and entertains your children with a 30-45 minute show. She brings music, songs, games, and FUN to kids who are ALWAYS curious about the North Pole. Not only that, but our Mrs. Claus has a beautiful voice and a long list of theatre credits to her name! She loves the little ones and is sure to bring joy wherever she goes.

Every year, we get calls from clients who want a myriad of services for their events. We work with a lot of different clients who have an array of budgets for their events. Sometimes a client struggles with decisions when their crowd is larger than their budget. Never fear. We work hard to make sure our clients get the most for their money. 

When parties are expecting a lot of children, many times we recommend glitter tattoos. Glitter tattoos have the feeling of getting painted, but each child can be painted in almost half the time that it takes to paint a face. It's a time and money-saver for events with large groups of people!

If you have never seen glitter tattoos at an event, they are fun. Our artist(s) will offer many fabulous shades of ultra-fine cosmetic glitter shades to choose from to create a special custom-made unique tattoo for each guest.  After each guest chooses their design, our artist will apply a skin-safe, latex-free adhesive and will dust the design with cosmetic glitter. The completed work of art produces an extraordinary multi-colored faceted, eye-catching design that can be enjoyed for 3-5 days! If you need to remove the tattoo immediately, it can be removed with either rubbing alcohol or baby oil. It's simply the best option when you have a large crowd!

You can always set up your own music (especially if you have an intercom system in your home). However, if you are really looking to set the mood for your event, we have DJ's that work with us to create a party experience that will resonate with all ages at your party. Whether you are having an adult event or a family/kids event, our DJ's come with the equipment, music, knowledge and FUN that you are looking for during the holiday season! 

Element of Surprise: 
The best parties have an element of surprise at some point during the party. What would your guests think if Scrooge was a guest at your party and mingled with everyone? (We have a Scrooge that can do just that!) How about Santa coming in halfway through the party for photos or to read a story to the kids? Have you thought about having elves or carolers at the door to greet everyone? Finding a creative way to delight and surprise your guests creates great moments and great memories!

Group Bonding/Shared Activities:
This seems obvious, and to some degree...it is! You can ask your guests to bring a white elephant gift and have a white elephant exchange game, you can tell people to wear ugly Christmas sweaters and compete for the "Ugliest Sweater Award" or even ask guests to bring an ornament for an ornament exchange. We, of course, have a lot of options for shared activities. ​Parties are a great place for kids to have creative fun! At Rent Santa DFW, we have performers who specialize in doing crafts with children during events, and they are experienced performers, as well.
 
We think all of the activities hosts plan for their events add to the atmosphere of a party, and we decided to add one more! Creative craft activities!
 
There are two ways that we can help bring this creativity to your event:

1. Our performer can come to your event with a craft and help the kids make the craft.
2. You can purchase the craft, and for a reduced rate, our performer can come to instruct and assist the children at your party in the craft area.

 
Either option is fun for the kids. Of course, having our performers bring the craft is the most convenient for our event hosts/planners but we offer the second option when budget is paramount to your event.
 
Sparkles and Crimson are two of our performers who specialize in this kind of entertainment. They love children, they are good at instructing the little ones in the craft that they have and they are CREATIVE! Some of the things that they have done in the past are:  Snow globes (can also be made into a headband, bracelet or wand), hand art with reindeer, turkeys or Santa. These two performers also take requests and can customize a craft for your event. Do you have a child that really loves putting their stocking on the fireplace? No problem. Our team can help them put together a little craft stocking that they can be proud of! This year, they are also working on doing melted crayon art on small canvases, as well! Truly, the possibilities are endless.
